We started this company in 2023 in Birmingham, Alabama. The Owner Byron Hampton wanted to bring the benefit and simplicity of UV-C technology to residences and business at low cost. After experiencing COVID-19 first hand and seeing the difficulty businesses had keeping people safe. Professional UV Disinfection Services™ was formed.
The owner, Byron D. Hampton, holds extensive credentials in environmental safety and compliance. He is certified in Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response 40 Hour (HAZWOPER 40 HR) and is credentialed through the National Registry of Environmental Professionals (NREP) as both a Certified Environmental Safety and Compliance Officer (CESCO) and a Certified Professional in Waste Management (CPWM).
He is also certified by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) as a Grade II Wastewater Operator and a Qualified Credentialed Inspector of Storm Water Construction (QCI). In addition, he is a Certified Environmental Specialist (CES) through 360training.
Our mission
We're on a mission to make life easier for people and business who want to disinfect and keep people healthy. The UV-C technology takes a couple of hours and sanitizes a whole space. Air, carpet, hardwood, upholstery, walls, and ceilings simultaneously. Many people have weakened immune systems and we can make their home a safer space at low cost with no chemicals.
